Coombe Farm is a luxury dog friendly barn conversion in a peaceful rural setting with stunning countryside views. Internally, Coombe Farm is an especially spacious property that has been finished to a high standard throughout with high vaulted ceilings, teak flooring, Persian carpets and an oak staircase. There is a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The property also benefits from a 12 seater cinema and an indoor heated swimming pool with bi-folding doors leading onto the courtyard. Coombe Farm is also a baby friendly property as it provides a cot, high chair and stair gate for younger guests.

Externally, dog-friendly Coombe Farm has a generous outdoor space with a wraparound enclosed garden set within its own 28 acres of arable farmland. There is also a patio area furnished with a barbecue, table and chairs. The farm is home to a small flock of friendly Grey Faced Dartmoor sheep and a few young Devon Ruby Red and Belted Galloway cows. Behind the barns, up the hillside is a newly planted 150 tree cider orchard; all traditional West Country varieties and a new 6400 vine vineyard.

Coombe Farm is located 1.5 miles from the town of Modbury which has a good range of independent shops, pubs and restaurants. Coombe Farm is also four miles from the southern edge of the rugged and picturesque Dartmoor National Park with beautiful wooded valleys, tumbling rivers and famous granite tors. Dartmoor is an ideal place for walking, riding or fishing. The city of Plymouth is a 30-minute drive. The city is home to the National Marine Aquarium, Plymouth Life Centre and Plymouth Hoe, which offer amazing walks and stunning views. The nearest beaches to Coombe Farm are Bigbury-on-Sea and the surfing beach of Bantham, a 20-minute drive. The lovely towns of Salcombe, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth are also all within easy driving distance.
