Kingston Manor is an imposing Grade II* Listed manor house dating back to 13th century, with many of its charming and fascinating periods features maintained. For an occasion or group gathering, this magnificent house provides a unique setting.

Inside, every detail of this grand house will take you back to a bygone era, but with every modern-day convenience, you could wish for. When you step inside, you’re sure to be amazed by the Great Hall with its roaring 17th-century fireplace, oak-panelled walls and flagstone flooring, all overlooking the stunning gardens. If you need more space, there is also a drawing-room, a snug, conservatory and a formal dining room. Up the oak staircase, you’ll find seven deluxe bedrooms and six bathrooms.

Outside, Kingston Manor is breathtakingly beautiful. The gardens have everything you could dream of, from a private lake with an island, carp pond, a stone bridge and a wrought iron pergola with a thatched roof, and there is so much to explore. The large courtyard is the perfect place to enjoy a meal outside, swim in the swim spa and the beach and lime tree-lined drive is a beautiful picture opportunity.

When you want to explore more of the island and see some of the beautiful sights, you’ll find yourself in the perfect position at Kingston Manor. The Blue Flag Ventnor Beach is nearby, and if you fancy a day out with the family, Blackgang Chine theme park is just a five-minute drive away. For walkers, the house is surrounded by rolling countryside, and a variety of walks are available right from your doorstep, or for a meal out, Ventnor, Shanklin and Godshill are all within easy reach.
