July Cottage is a quaint two-bedroom cottage situated in the heart of the thriving village of Constantine, Cornwall. The benefit with holidaying here is the harbour-side town of Falmouth is just a short drive away.
July Cottage is tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished. All on the ground floor, the open-plan sitting and dining room is a beautiful space to relax in after a day at the beach or, during the colder months, enjoying the cosy wood-burning stove. The television offers Freeview and Netflix with your login access. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and washer/dryer. Downstairs is a good size shower room with a large walk-in shower and toasty underfloor heating. The two delightful bedrooms can be found on the first floor, a double room and a twin bedroom.
Outside, relax in the enclosed garden with your dog’s hassle-free.

About the location and things to do
The nearby Lizard Peninsula with its sandy beaches and rocky coastline is worth a visit.
There are spectacular country walks close by, and the village of Constantine has a robust community with local shops and pub. The gardens of Trebah, Penjerick and Glenudrgan is the pride and joy of this tranquil area and is within a four-mile radius of July Cottage.
A visit to the National Maritime Museum is the perfect place to cultivate your understanding of the sea and indeed Cornwall.
A great family day out can be enjoyed at Flambards Theme Park, Helston. There is plenty to enjoy, even on rainy days.
Head to the Ferry Boat Inn for some home-made pub classics and enjoy breath-taking views from the North Helford Passage on the waterfront.
A real Cornish experience is not complete without some surfing! Falmouth Surf School offers adult surfing lessons and provides transport to wherever the best waves are including all equipment.
