Dog-friendly July Cottage is a quaint two-bedroom cottage situated in the heart of the thriving village of Constantine, Cornwall. The benefit with holidaying here is the harbour-side town of Falmouth is just a short drive away.

Property Details

July Cottage is tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished. All on the ground floor, the open-plan sitting and dining room is a wonderful space to relax in after a day at the beach or, during the cooler months, enjoying the cosy wood-burning stove. The television offers Freeview and Netflix with your login access. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and washer/dryer. Also downstairs is a good size shower room with a large walk-in shower and toasty underfloor heating. The two delightful bedrooms can be found on the first floor, a double room and a twin bedroom.

Outside, relax in the enclosed garden with your dogs hassle free.

Throughout the cooler months, there will be a starter pack of logs, kindling and firelighters.


Don’t forget the dog as the property is fully dog-friendly with a safe enclosed garden to freely enjoy. They allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs, however, a small fee does apply.

About the location and things to do

The nearby Lizard Peninsula with its sandy beaches and rocky coastline is worth a visit.

There are spectacular country walks close by and the village of Constantine has a robust community with local shops and pub. The gardens of Trebah, Penjerick and Glenudrgan is the pride and joy of this tranquil area and is within a four-mile radius of July Cottage.

A visit to the National Maritime Museum is the perfect place to cultivate your understanding of the sea and indeed Cornwall.

A great family day out can be enjoyed at Flambards Theme ParkHelston. There is plenty to enjoy, even on rainy days.

Head to the Ferry Boat Inn for some home-made pub classics and enjoy breath-taking views from the North Helford Passage on the waterfront.

A true Cornish experience is not complete without some surfing! Falmouth Surf School offers adult surfing lessons and provides transport to wherever the best waves are including all equipment.

The cute July Cottage is ready for bookings you may book and check for availability at Cornwall Hideaways. They have a few more photos and specific prices depending when you go. The low season for a week is roughly £500. Which is pretty good considering its location.
