This open-plan ground floor holiday is a coastal decorated home which is spacious and light. The sitting room has a cosy wood-burning stove for cooler evenings, along with a Smart television and DVD player along with comfortable seating. With its vaulted ceiling, the modern kitchen is extremely well-equipped and includes an island unit with breakfast bar and another dining area.
There are two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin room, both of which have comfortable mattresses and doors opening to the gardens. Bedroom one has the benefit of an en-suite shower room, and bedroom two has a Smart television. There is an additional family bathroom with bath and separate shower.
Outside, you have your sitting area within the delightful communal gardens along with a storeroom for any bicycles or beach equipment you might wish to bring along.

About the Location
St Agnes, situated on the North Cornish Coast in a World Heritage Site and Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is an unspoilt village with a plethora of eateries, shops, galleries and access to beautiful walks on the coastal path.
The gorgeous beach Trevaunance Cove is very popular with both families and surfers, enjoy some well-deserved surfing or just chilling at the beach with the family. Trevaunance Cove Beach is dog-friendly and allows dogs all year.
Chapel Porth beach is also nearby and excellent. Dogs are welcome on this beach except between Easter Sunday and 30 September when a seasonal dog ban is in place.
